Ordering Options

Yooneek aims to make shopping easy and worry free and offers four different ways to shop.

  1. Online

    The easiest and most efficient way to order is via our secure online shopping cart.

    Once you have made your selection proceed through our clear and simple checkout steps, where your payment will be transacted instantly upon clicking the checkout button

    After you have completed your transaction you will receive an email confirming your purchase.

  2. Phone

    To order over the phone simply call our friendly staff on 1300 683 620 to place your order. If our staff are busy please leave your details on the answering machine and someone will promptly return your call.

  3. Email

    Orders can be submitted via email. Simply email sales@yooneek.com.au listing the items that you wish to purchase and we will get back to you within 24 hours with an order confirmation.

  4. Fax

    To order via fax, please download our Fax Order Form, print it out and complete it, and fax it back to us. Our fax number is 1300 693 620.

Payment Options

We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Credit card - Visa, Mastercard and American Express;
  • PayPal;
  • Direct bank deposit;
  • Bank cheque; and
  • Money order.

Our payment details are emailed to you with your order confirmation.

Our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the latest industry standard encryption, to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your credit card information. Yooneek uses Westpac Bank's secure payments system to process credit card payments. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers.

Delivery

Delivery cost is charged at the flat rate of $8.00 per order to any single address Australia-wide.

Please note that full payment must be received before orders will be dispatched.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney and delivered by Australia Post eParcel service or Fastway Couriers during normal business hours. Both delivery services are secure and reliable and each parcel carries a barcode allowing us to fully track your parcel. A signature will be required on delivery and if you are not home to receive your parcel, a delivery card will be left in your letterbox informing you of how to collect your parcel during normal business hours. Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further freight charges will be payable for re-delivery. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable. With this in mind, it's best to supply a work delivery address whenever possible.

  • ACT and NSW - 1-3 business day
  • Victoria - 2-4 business days
  • Queensland - 2-5 business days
  • South Australia - 3-5 business days
  • Tasmania - 4-5 business days
  • Western Australia and Northern Territory - 4-8 business days

Please note that the above schedule is a guide only set out by our delivery service carriers. Rural and remote addresses, where delivery is not provided every day, may take longer. Yooneek cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Please contact us and we will advise you of your parcel's progress.

Occasionally, some delays may occur from our carriers that we have absolutely no control over. In these circumstances, Yooneek will not be liable for any delays, expenses or damages incurred.

If you would like your order expedited, Express Post is available for orders delivered within Australia. Please contact us to arrange. Postage rates will vary depending on the particular item.

Customers must ensure that they enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, Yooneek is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

At present we do not take international orders. However, international deliveries will become available later this year.

Pricing

All prices are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST) and are in Australian dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to changes prices without notice.

Product Availability

If your selected product is not available or there are any unexpected delays, we will inform you within 1 business day of your order being placed. You will be given the opportunity to cancel the order, choose an alternative product or have your order placed on back order. Products on back order will be dispatched as soon as they are received by Yooneek.

Exchanges & Returns

We take great pride in the products that we carefully select for Yooneek and we hope our customers are delighted with their purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt for a refund, exchange or credit. All items must be returned unused and undamaged with all tags intact and in the original packaging. Please note that customers will be responsible for postage and handling costs.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Should you receive an item that you believe is damaged or faulty, kindly contact us within 7 days and we will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner. We will inspect the item and provide you with a replacement where the good is faulty or not fit for its intended purchase. Delivery costs will be incurred by Yooneek unless otherwise stated.

Gift Certificate

If you simply cannot make up your mind or would like to give someone the pleasure of shopping for themselves, a Yooneek gift certificate is the solution.

Our gift certificates come in a variety of increments and allow the recipient to choose from an extensive product range online. Just add your personal greeting during checkout and we'll do the rest! Alternatively, if you need to give a gift as fast as possible, consider an e-gift certificate - delivered within one business day by e-mail.

Terms and conditions

  • No shipping costs apply to gift certificates.
  • Valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
  • Must be used in one transaction.
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash and non-transferable.
  • Cannot be redeemed if lost or stolen.

Gift Wrapping

Our signature Yooneek gift wrapping will ensure your gift arrives beautifully presented. Your gift will be wrapped in our 100% recycled kraft paper, stylish red and white cord and red button and personalised with a handwritten gift tag. Yooneek's custom designed tags made from sustainably harvested wood are created by Night Owl Paper Goods.

Please select your gift wrapping option at checkout. Multiple items in the one order will be wrapped together. You will be automatically asked to include your gift message as you go through the checkout process. The cost of this service is $5.00.
