How do I place an order?

Yooneek offers four easy ways to shop:

  1. Online — the easiest and most efficient way to order is via our secure online shopping cart. Once you have selected the products you would like to purchase, complete the form with your delivery details. Select how you would prefer to pay and once you have submitted your order you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
  2. Phone — to order over the phone simply call our friendly staff on 1300 683 620 to place your order. If our staff are busy please leave your details on the answering machine and someone will promptly return your call.
  3. Email — simply email sales@yooneek.com.au listing the items that you wish to purchase and we will get back to you within 24 hours with an order confirmation.
  4. Fax — please download our Fax Order Form , print it out and complete it, and fax it back to us. Our fax number is 1300 693 620.

Do I need to register as a member?

No, customers are not required to become members in order to shop. Become a member if you would like to receive free reminder service, access to exclusive members´ specials and new product updates.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

We endeavor to ensure all information on our website is current and accurate at all times, however errors can occur. If your selected product is not available or there are any unexpected delays, we will inform you within 1 business day of your order being placed. You will be given the opportunity to cancel the order, choose an alternative product or have your order placed on back order. Products on back order will be dispatched as soon as they are received by Yooneek.

What are my payment options?

Yooneek accepts the following methods of payment:

1. PayPal or Credit card — Visa, Mastercard and American Express

Customers may pay with credit card or PayPal. If you have chosen this payment method, you will automatically be redirected to our payment processor upon placing your order.

2. Direct bank deposit

Customers may deposit their payment directly into our bank account.

Please include your surname and Order ID as a payment reference so we can balance your payment. Please note that payments may take up to 48 hours to clear. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is confirmed.

3. Bank cheque / money order

Customers may pay via cheque or money order. Please make your bank cheque or money order out to Yooneek and send to:

Please include your Order ID as a payment reference so we can balance your payment. Please note that funds must be cleared before orders are dispatched.

Is my payment secure?

Our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the latest industry standard encryption, to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your credit card information. Yooneek uses Westpac Bank´s secure payments system to process credit card payments. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, an order confirmation email will be sent automatically as soon as you place your order to the email address you provide in your order.

What happens once my order is confirmed?

Orders will be processed as they are received and will be dispatched within 48 hours unless otherwise stated. All orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.

How much is delivery?

Delivery cost is charged at the flat rate of $8.00 per order to any single address Australia-wide.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney and delivered by Australia Post eParcel service or Fastway Couriers during normal business hours. As a signature will be required on delivery, we recommend deliveries be sent to a work address if you´re not going to be home during normal business hours.

Please see our Australia-wide delivery schedule below for estimated delivery times:

  • ACT and NSW —  1 - 3 business days
  • Victoria —  2 - 4 business days
  • Queensland — 2 - 5 business days
  • South Australia —  3 - 5 business days
  • Tasmania —  4 - 5 business days
  • Western Australia and Northern Territory — 4 - 7 business days

Please note that the above schedule is a guide only set out by our delivery service carriers. Rural and remote addresses, where delivery is not provided every day, may take longer. Yooneek cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Please contact us and we will advise you of your parcel´s progress.

How do I arrange for Express Post?

If you would like your order expedited, Express Post is available for orders delivered within Australia. Please email us at info@yooneek.com.au or telephone 1300 683 620 to arrange. Postage rates will vary depending on the particular item. Postage will be charged according to Australia Post´s Express Post prices.

Do you deliver overseas?

No, at present we do not take international orders. However, international deliveries will become available later this year.

I haven´t received my order?

Although we endeavour to deliver your parcel within 3-5 business days, parcels will, on occasion, not arrive as expected. Please inform us if your order does not arrive within 10 days. Once we learn an order has not arrived we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. Please note that Yooneek will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

Should you receive an item that you believe is damaged or faulty, kindly contact us within 7 days and we will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner. We will inspect the item and provide you with a replacement where the good is faulty or not fit for its intended purchase. Delivery costs will be incurred by Yooneek unless otherwise stated.

What is your exchange and return policy?

We take great pride in the products that we carefully select for Yooneek and we hope our customers are delighted with their purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt for a refund, exchange or credit. All items must be returned unused and undamaged with all tags intact and in the original packaging.

Who pays the delivery charges on returns and exchanges?

The customer will be responsible for postage and handling costs.

Do you offer a gift wrap service?

Yes, our signature Yooneek gift wrapping is available for $5.00 and will ensure your gift arrives beautifully presented. Your gift will be wrapped in our 100% recycled kraft paper, stunning red and white cord and red button and personalised with a handwritten gift tag. Yooneek´s custom designed tags made from sustainably harvested wood are created by Night Owl Paper Goods.

Please select your gift wrapping option at checkout. Multiple items in the one order will be wrapped together. You will be automatically asked to include your gift message as you go through the checkout process.

Is my personal information protected?

We respect your privacy and will never disclose, distribute or sell your personal information to any third party, unless required to do so by a law enforcement agency. We only collect personal information from you to process your order or to communicate to you new products or special offers (with your permission of course). You have the option at any time to unsubscribe from this communication.
